Since founding Career Strategies, Inc. with the late Robert D. Gatti in 1989, she has worked with well over 100 employers and thousands of individuals in the fields of: finance, insurance, hi-tech, medicine, pharmaceuticals, education and universities, major and small nonprofits, and professional services firms, with a primary focus on the New England area.

Priscilla has an AB from Harvard College, magna cum laude, and a Master's from Harvard's Graduate School of Education.
